Ferrari Club of America places reservation for its National Meet

The Alpine Motorsports Club is extremely proud and excited to announce the Ferrari Club of America (FCA) reservation for its National Meet during the fall of 2010.

The Ferrari Club plans to hold a Concours d'Elegance, a Rally event, three (3) Track Day events including a Driver School, along with other hospitality activities for its national and international Ferrari attendees.  The FCA reservation is conditioned upon Alpine building its Club during 2008, opening the facilities in 2009 and meeting the strict and comprehensive requirements of FCA for its world famous event.

The joint announcement was made by Pietro Castiglioni, Director, Penn-Jersey Region, Ferrari Club of America and Dick Muller, Jr., Developer and President of Alpine Motorsports Club LLC.

Alpine Motorsports Club Progress

Dear Fellow Enthusiast:

We expect to receive the final Alpine permit within the next few weeks based on Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection public statements and recent activities surrounding the approval from Harrisburg. Presently, we anticipate a construction start during the 2nd quarter of 2008, with a Club opening in 2009.

Alpine Membership reservations now stand at 75% of projected pre-construction levels and current sales are being supported by a national print advertising campaign launched last month. Advertisements have or will appear in AutoWeek, duPont Registry, Robb Report, Porsche Panorama, BMW Roundel and several other Car Club publications.

Please contact Deb Smith, Alpine’s Membership Chair, to discuss your Membership by phone or email.

We are available to you every day, including weekends, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM ET to answer questions and complete your reservation. We will gladly schedule your personal tour if you wish to visit with us at the Club.

Alpine Motorsports Club featured in AutoWeek Magazine

Alpine Motorsports Club, Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania. Planned for a 360-acre site in the Pocono foothills north of Allentown, 75 miles from both New York City and Philadelphia, Alpine will be a 4.2-mile, steeply undulating circuit designed by prolific professional Alan Wilson. It's a members-only facility, meaning no spectator events. Homesites are not included, but there will be garage and car-washing facilities, gas pumps, a clubhouse and a "pro shop." Manicured grounds are suitable for concours and corporate functions. There's even a woodsy nature retreat.
